The winner of Señorita Cali 2011 is 19-year-old Heilly Massiel Martínez - She will compete in the Señorita Valle 2011 finals in March 2011

Last December 28, the Señorita Cali 2011 finals took place.

Winner was 19-year-old Heilly Massiel Martínez.

She stands 1.72 m. (5'8") and will compete in the Señorita Valle 2011 finals in March.

The Señorita Valle 2011 winner competes in the Señorita Colombia 2011 finals in November for the chance to represent Colombia in Miss Universe® 2012.
